This little brooch is from the 50's and made by Coro, based on my internet search. During polishing two of the crystals came off, one on her wand, the other on her belt. They should be an easy replacement. The green enamel has been worn off on her dress, there is some green under her arm. I saw a similar one sell for $285 on etsy.
