The metal thermos includes the metal bottle, plastic screw on lid, plastic stopper (Poly Red Top) and plastic rim for the opening. The plastic metal rim may fall down into the bottle during shipping. There is some discoloration on the bottom of the bottle as shown in the pictures. Ted plastic lid screws on completely, and the images of the wrap on the outside of the bottle are all visible.
