This special edition CHAMPION series began with the opening of the Tokyo store.
We've kept it simple, printing on a Reverse Weave hoodie!
The Reverse Weave is a signature CHAMPION model, an ultra-authentic sweatshirt manufactured with the same construction since its patent in 1938. The body is based on the 70s model (the so-called single-color tag), and we've created a Family Series for the three brands that Circles operates.
We've applied college-style lettering with the theme "CIRCLES BICYCLE STATES," an independent community.

About Reverse Weave:
A manufacturing method for sweatshirts developed by CHAMPION. With the technology at the time, it was not possible to prevent cotton products from shrinking vertically. Therefore, they developed a manufacturing method that prevents vertical shrinkage by inserting panels of different fabric on both sides.
In addition to solving the problem, this detail gained a unique design and a distinctive silhouette. It's a good example of how a problem-solving idea has been elevated into design.
