These items are genuine LEGO products. Although they are unused, there may be minor scratches. This listing is for minifigures only, and nothing else is included. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item or are overly sensitive to imperfections.

Basically, after an order is placed, I will open a new, unopened box of the genuine product, take out the minifigures, put them in a protective case, wrap them in bubble wrap, and ship them.
Due to these reasons, I generally cannot accommodate cancellations after purchase due to personal circumstances.
If you wish to cancel, you can do so by paying 30% of the current price of the set the minifigures came from (referencing the LEGO official website), not the selling price of the minifigures.
However, we do not accept returns or cancellations after the item has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
