Hi! Up for sale is a truly stunning shimmery color-change formal or prom gown by Betsy & Adam, perfect for the holidays! Bought new in 2002, worn once for an awards ceremony, and kept covered in plastic. No snags, pulls or other flaws that I could see. The dress looks black...until you move, and then it shimmers a gorgeous shade of cobalt blue! Invisible zip up the back. Scarf can be worn any number of ways: around the neck, shoulders or waist. Could even be used to make sleeves! X-clasps at straps are not tarnished, and no stones are missing.
